Course Objective

This 45 hour course provides an introduction to quality management principles. Students will gain an understanding of the history, definitions, and the basic principles of quality. Strategic planning, Process management, and Performance measurements are topics that are taught that relate to every day situations of the student. The technical aspects of quality such as continuous improvement, statistical control and reliability complete the overall quality life cycle.
