  • Quality Manager

    • Our Client, a global leader in the design, development and manufacture of automotive seating is seeking an experienced manager to lead the quality department of their Kansas City area seating plant.

      Qualifications:

      • Post Secondary Degree/Diploma or equivalent in relevant discipline.
      • Minimum 10 years experience in the OEM Automotive Industry.
      • Minimum two years experience as a Quality Manager leading staff in TS/ISO compliant Tier 1 Automotive manufacturing firm or equivalent.
      • Experience in Automotive Seating/Interior modules
      • Demonstrated superior communication skills both oral and written
      • Demonstrated ability to work with and lead groups/teams in demanding environments achieving timely resolutions through objective/evidence based methodologies.
      • Strong ability to effectively multitask, prioritizing and proactively managing anticipated challenges
      • Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships

      The program life-cycle of the products this facility produces is anticipated to conclude in the summer of 2016. In the event that no subsequent business is won by this facility the right candidate may be offered an opportunity to relocate to other manufacturing facilities in the USA.

      Compensation: $85K - 110K contingent on experience and qualifications.

  • Automotive Service Techs

    • IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT

      We have immediate openings for Professional Automotive Service Technicians to support our OEM client in Greenville/Spartanburg, South Carolina.

      These are full time positions with competitive compensation and benefits for qualified candidates. Duties/Scope:

      • Perform directed repair/rework/inspections on new vehicles to specified service/process standards
      • Diagnose and repair sub-systems (fuel injection, power train, electrical, HVAC, chassis)
      • Work performed at modern sophisticated assembly facility with factory support
      • 40-50 hours per week (day shift and night shift positions available)

      Skills/Experience:

      • At least 5 years experience in vehicle maintenance / service / repair in dealership environment
      • ASE certification or (significant partial completion)
      • Self motivated professional mechanic with a philosophy of delivering high quality results
      • Valid driver’s permit in good standing
      • Professional oral and written communication skills

      Roles and Responsibilities
      Candidates will be required to conduct quality inspection activities including physical manipulation, measurements and data collection following systematic instructions. Candidate must have the ability to maintain focus on detailed criteria over extended periods of time. Candidates must have good eyesight (corrective lenses are permitted) and be physically capable of performing tasks that may include prolonged standing, continuous walking and/or repetitive lifting component parts or assemblies over extended shift lengths (up to 10 lbs., 120 times per hour).
      Strong communication skills (oral and written) combined with a positive attitude toward customers and co-workers are expected. Overtime and shift work may be required.

      The candidate will use all available tools to contact potential clients to present Q2 Management Inc.’s portfolio of services and arrange client meetings/presentations for the Outside sales team. The candidate will network with current clients to uncover new leads and potential business opportunities.

      The candidates will be responsible for building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline which will be updated and presented to the Business Development Manager on a weekly basis.
